Production and services

We support our customers from the earliest development stages, providing technical guidance and co-design proposals to optimize production cycles, reduce costs and lead times, and prevent issues during the molding process. Thanks to our experience, we can identify targeted solutions that improve overall efficiency and ensure a high-quality final product.

We use advanced simulation software to analyze mold filling in injection molding and the behavior of thermoplastic materials during injection. Fluid dynamics analyses allow us to predict potential defects, optimize mold design, and reduce physical testing — resulting in significant savings in time and resources during the development phase.

We design and produce 3D rapid prototypes, pilot molds, and production molds in collaboration with specialized partners with whom we have built long-standing relationships, ensuring precision, reliability, and long service life. We offer a complete maintenance service — both routine and extraordinary — including mold washing and cleaning, to preserve performance and ensure continuous production.

We oversee the entire production process with care and precision, starting from the start-up phase, during which we carry out sampling and pre-series runs to validate the project and optimize every molding parameter. Once approved, we produce serial batches ranging from 1,000 to 100,000 pieces per order, ensuring consistent quality and reliable delivery times. Our department is equipped with electric injection molding machines from 80 to 280 tons, capable of processing a wide range of raw materials and some of the most innovative and high-performance polymers on the market.

Material selection is a key step in our process: we use innovative, high-performance, certified polymers and engineering plastics that comply with European and international standards. Among the main materials processed: PA, PA6, PA66, ABS, PC, PP, PE, PS, PPO, POM, EVA, PEBAX, TPX, PMMA, PBT, TPV, PETG, FFF, FDM, PCABS, ASA, TPU, and bioplastics — also available in reinforced, flame-retardant, colored, or transparent versions. Thanks to our extensive experience and continuous staff training, we are able to handle complex productions, ensuring repeatability, dimensional precision, and high-quality finishes, even for the most innovative industrial sectors.

We have a dedicated assembly department capable of integrating molded components with inserts, small metal parts, and other functional elements. We handle both small and large production runs, guaranteeing precise assembly, in-line quality controls, and packaging in accordance with customer specifications.

Every production phase undergoes rigorous quality checks — from the receipt of raw materials to the finished product — ensuring that each batch meets the agreed specifications and the relevant international standards. Our ISO 9001 certification guarantees the consistency of our production processes.

We offer complementary services to complete and enhance the final product:

• Industrial painting, pad printing, and other customized finishes;
• Assembly of sub-assemblies to ensure speed, precision, and consistent quality;
• Upon request, we prepare safety stock and manage shipments, ensuring timely and reliable deliveries in Italy and abroad.
